(More customer reviews)The Good:
- Price
- adjustable seat position
- adjustable back position
- sturdy for bench presses
The Bad:
- padding is thin
- only for bench press and bench press varieties
- too high for people under 5' 5"
- front legs get in the way and I'm over 6'1"
This is a perfect bench for anyone starting out or on a budget. My wife had problems with the bench height and the front legs get in the way. The pads are not designed to support any weight unless you are centered on the bench. I would not do step ups on this bench.
