(More customer reviews)I like this Powertec accessory a lot, and I've found two places it can be mounted--either on the accessory bar of my Powertec workbench, or on the lat tower option of my Power Rack--there's a sleeve of the same size for the knee pads of the lat tower.
There are four points of rotation for this product, so I think it would be a good idea to further lubricate this one. It shipped with some machine oil slathered on those points, but silicone lubricant would be better and longer lasting.
As with the dip accessory, the most challenging point of this exercise is the very lowest position. I have 100+ pounds of powerlifting chains, and if you have a similar setup then you can alter this resistance pattern and make the top more challenging. That would maximize the effectiveness of this product.
