(More customer reviews)So far the Exercise Heavy Duty Crazy Fit Massager has been a nice addition to our fitness program. My wife and I both have joint pain. We feel better after doing ten minutes on the machine. We could not afford an expensive machine. I like the way the plate moves and 20 speeds are enough for most people. I am not good at putting things together or following directions. It took my wife and I about an hour. The average person could do it in 20 to 30 minutes. I do recomend this for someone curious about vibration exercise machines.
