(More customer reviews)First off, you would be ordering this for the bag mainly, and YES, it's a great heavy bag. I've been banging away on it for more than a month now and I'm loving it. Now about those gloves and the "dvd"... yeah.. you can skip those. The dvd is a really bad transfer from an old VHS. It didn't even have cover art or cover art on the dvd case. Someone just burned a dvd and tossed it in a blank case. And the gloves were pretty poor. I went out and bought some proper Century MMA gloves.
Don't get me wrong. I HIGHLY recommend Century heavy bags, it's just that this set system misses the mark. The dvd wasn't really worth the price of admission and I needed to buy my own gloves.
