(More customer reviews)This product is a wonderful tool to exercise gently and effectively. I have been using them for years and was horrified to read that other one star review. I say decide for yourself...as these are expensive but WELL worth it for me! I have a waterproof ipod cover and can jog in the water for a long time with no injury in ways I am not able to on land. This and gentle yoga for me are just wonderful ways to get my body and mind in gear.
