(More customer reviews)If ever I bought a product that should come with instructions, this is it. I have been unable to use this swing because it came with no instructions! I called the company the day it arrived, several weeks ago to ask for instructions or whether there is some dvd or something I have to buy separately and no one has called me back. What a frustrating waste of money and time. Now I have to go back online and try to figure out if they have some dvd I need to buy in addition to this swing. If that was the case, they should have made that clear on the site. Stupid waste of my money, time and energy.
