(More customer reviews)Don't let the description of the internal springs fool you. This is no gimmick. I thought they were at first until I was convinced to try on a pair in a she store. I was converted immediately. These shoes do, indeed, put a spring in your step. They don't actually bounce, but you can definitely feel them absorbing and softening the impact of each step. The feeling was even more pronounced when on hard surfaces like concrete sidewalks. It even softens the impact of walking down stairs. My wife, who has constant foot problems, fell in love with them immediately. They are well constructed and durable. We've worn them for 6 months now with no complaints.
Just one con; since they are leather they can tend to be a little warm, but this is not enough to deduct a star for.
I am definitely considering their Del Rio sandals.
