(More customer reviews)I bought one of these units. Nautilus claims that you can purchase a 3rd tier. Their website says so and the manual that comes with the unit says so and has a parts number. This ad also makes that claim. When I emailed Nautilus to purchase the 3rd tier I was actually told that the only way I was getting a 3rd tier was to buy a whole new unit.
