(More customer reviews)I am a personal trainer and I needed a commercial quality bar to use with my clients. Love the close grip for triceps and the rubber on the grips is great. It's very heavy alone so it's great with no additional weight for my female clients but can handle any amount of weight added for males. Great bar, probably nicer than most bars in big gyms.
