(More customer reviews)I am an in home personal trainer and have used this bench for 3 years. I absolutely love the functionality of this product. I did, however, encounter a couple of problems as far as quality is concerned. The carrying handle fell off (not quite as mobile now) and one of the pieces of plastic on the back of the bench (used for various incline positions) broke. Both of these things happened within six months to a year and a half of owning it. Needless to say I was disappointed, but since I spent nearly $300 on this bench there wasn't a lot I could do but to keep using it. I have since looked for another product similar to this one but cannot find one. As a result I am about to order a new PT/Pro bench in the hopes that it will hold up better than the previous one. I give the functionality of this product 5 stars but the quality only 3 stars.
