(More customer reviews)I've only been using the Total Back System for two weeks or so - but my back pain is definitely on the mend. I use it for three minutes in the morning (before breakfast) and for a second three minutes before retiring. So far, so good. Wonderfully sturdy and not uncomfortable to use like the inverters that make you hang from your ankles. Took about two hours to assemble and the customer support has been superb.
