(More customer reviews)I could not really move well and became completely sedentary after an injury turned arthritis put me in bed mode for over a year. The guided platform and precise movements are used by physical therapists and they say this is a therapists machine, but whichever, it worked to strengthen an immobile body to pretty good movement ready to move on to aerial yoga. I could not even try all the movements or attachments I have after a year, so most are new and unused. I live in 500 sq. ft, so the size is a problem, but folded it becomes unobtrusive even in my small space. I highly recommend this for older people as well as young. It is efficient and huge boost for anyone wanting to build muscle and strength.
