The adjustable dipping bars are fantastic! rock solid and sturdy due to turn knobs that hold the uprights firmly in place unlike the wobbly and potentially dangerous uprights of ironmind's vulcan racks.
Ideal for benching, squats and seated presses. One can also purchase an optional chin bar and wrist roller attachment.
Safety stands can also be bought for maximum safety.
I am very pleased with this well made gym equipment!
