(More customer reviews)This is pretty good quality flooring. I floored my martial arts studio with it. It's cheaper, even with the shipping and handling fees, than anything approaching the same square footage at the local stores.
It's not for throwing people on, but it's excellent general flooring for what I do.

My wife and I are using them for our P90x and Insanity workouts and you cannot tell there is a tile floor underneath them. We were on the fence between the 1/2" and 3/4", but happy we went with the 1/2". It seems to be about the perfect balance of support without being too spongy. I would not want anything thinner on a hard surface. They fit together easily and do not slide or move on the floor (I did not put down any adhesive). With all of the up and downs in Insanity, these are the perfect mats.
