(More customer reviews)Very nice plates, fully covered in thick rubber (even the inside of the collar) and easy to pick up using the handles.
Only caveat to be aware of is that it is 500 lbs including the bar (455 lbs. of actual plates). Also, it is shipped on one pallet via a trucking company. In my case, delivery was a day late, which is pretty normal for trucking companies in my experience.

(More customer reviews)Nice set of weights that had the optimum plate variety for me at a good price. The rubber coating is very nice - keeps the plates from clanging around and makes them a bit easier to handle. I must say, however, that after unpacking them and putting them in my weight tree it took several days for the prominent smell (which I assume to be the rubber coating) to dissipate out of my basement - it was pretty unpleasant for a few days and hard to ignore -gave me a bit of a headache. You may consider unpacking these in the garage and letting them air out for a few days before bringing them in the house if that's an option for you. Other than that I'm very happy with them.

TKO Hyper Extension Review

(More customer reviews)I have used the cybex hyperextension machines at the gym. and wanted to get something like that-but 700 for 1 equipment seems toomuch-. After much research found this product, but no reviews on it. So wasnt sure, i wanted something that was stable. My lower back gives me trouble, so wanted the best possible product. this is a great product. It does the regular 45 degree hyperextension, plus u can set various other angles to do different exercises. highly recommend it. at about 80 some pounds it has a heavy base which makes it very stable.
Now the bad...
If you use the tools with it, you will defnitely need two people, and still take forever to assemble it. If you have your own tools you will probably assemble it in 30 mins.
But i gues to assemble a stable product it requires work. Overall it was defnitely worth it.

The difference of quality of this ball compared to any other medicine balls is exceptional. It is very sturdy and easy to use with all age clients and also very versatile. I use this and the others sizes I bought on a daily basis and only wish I had more of them. There is no comparison to other medicine balls I have used and/or bought myself. I do wish they went in even higher weights than they appear to because I would buy them to use with my clients as a personal trainer.

(More customer reviews)I bought this rack mostly for squats, but also with the hope that I would be able to use it for other exercises. I am rather pleased. The top rack is adjustable, and allows me to easily place the weight on my shoulders. I am 5'11. The second rack is adjustable through out the height of the rack. It allows easy racking for bicep curls or dead lifts. The rack is pretty stable too, I put 25 weights on it and it is very secure. I would give it 5 stars but it is just a tiny bit narrow, more narrow than my bench press.
