(More customer reviews)This watch is great. It doesn't have a million functions or bells and whistles, but is accurate, easy to read in both light and dark, and is very sturdy. It's not what I would call heavy or bulky, but doesn't feel like it's made out of cheap materials either. I also enjoy the leather strap since it doesn't let the watch slide around on my wrist like other bands do. I picked the Marine Star watch because it is a nice watch that I could wear with a suit or with a t-shirt and jeans. The orange face (which I wasn't sure I'd like at first) is actually the best part. Since my suits are all very conservative, this is a nice accent that's more contemporary. Another plus is that the hands glow quite brightly in the dark. I may not be much of a diver, but other watches I've had don't have hands that glow as brightly in the dark.
I don't have any negative assessments to offer other than maybe the leather strap is still a little stiff, but I imagine that will work itself out in a few days. If you're OK with a watch with an orange face and don't need all the stuff chronographs have, I'd recommend it.
