This machine is fantastic we have back problems so i just stand on it and drape my arms over the front leaning over and stand there like magic my back feels like new! This is the best product I'VE ever purchased! the company is great also my machine came quickly and intact. The assembly wasn't to hard either. All in all BUY BUY BUY! :-)
