(More customer reviews)I purchased this trampoline due to its size and quality so I could exercise on days that I take a break from my heavy daily workouts that I do like weightlifting, mountain biking, aerobics, surfing, stair masters, etc. It is the only sports that I can do at home while watching a documentary meantime. I am extremely healthy and in shape and cook all my foods and never eat out or never eat any processed food. I chose rebounding sport since most liver cancer patients are recommended to use trampoline since it is the only way that you can activate your LYMPHATIC CIRCULATION SYSTEM which removes the toxins from your body and it can only be accomplished only by rebounding. Well, I never had any proof that it does but the most amazing part of this exercise is that I get my exercise by keeping my heart rate high for a period of one hour while watching a documentary without damaging my knees and I have always had veins showing on my legs and REBOUNDING removes some 80% of the ugly veins when no other doctor had any suggestion for me other than surgery. It has offered me much more than any other sport. If I do not do rebounding, all the veins are back again. Rebounding truly is an healthy sport and as important as my diet. This trampoline is a quality product and sized properly for storage. It is extremely quiet, firm, without any noise or damage to your feet since the springs are elastic not metal springs. Bravo.
