My wife is happy with it.I can't use it as I have had a hip replcement and can feel movement in the joint. It arrived defective, but customer service was quite good. Unfortunately the replacement also arrived with a small defect which I had to repair myself. Overall, it's a deal since you can see if you really are committed to using on a regular basis.
