(More customer reviews)THIS A GREAT PIECE OF EQUIPMENT! IT IS WORTH THE MONEY AND THEN SOME! IT DOES ALL THE EXERCISES THAT IT LISTS, BUT OTHER EXERCISES THAT PEOPLE WHO HAVE LIFTED WILL KNOW. NOW A LIST OF THINGS TO KNOW.
THE MACHINE WILL TAKE 4.5-5 HRS. TO PUT TOGETHER. THIS LENGTH OF TIME IS NOT DO TO A LACK OF INSTRUCTIONS. THERE IS JUST THAT MUCH TO ACCOMPLISH.
WHEN PUTTING THE MACHINE TOGETHER, MAKE SURE YOU LAY THE PARTS OUT SO THAT YOU CAN EASILY IDENTIFY WHAT IS WHAT.
PUT THE MACHINE TOGETHER EXACTLEY LIKE THE INSTRUCTIONS DISCUSS. DO NOT GET TO FAR AHEAD.
WHEN PUTTING EACH PIECE TOGETHER THROUGHOUT THE MACHINE DO NOT TIGHTEN THE BOLTS.
WHEN THE MACHINE IS DESCRIBED AS PRECISION, THEY MEAN PRECISION.
TIGHTEN THE BOLTS ONE-TWO TURNS. IF YOU OVER TIGHTEN THE BOLTS, THE REST OF THE HOLES WILL NOT LINE UP PROPERLY.
THE BOLTS USE A 7/8"-NUTS USE 3/4" SOCKET-WRENCH.
WHEN MACHINE IS TOTALLY ASSEMBLED, TIGHTEN THE NUTS AND BOLTS.
SOME PARTS MAY FIT A LITTLE SNUG, LIKE THE PIN FOR THE SEAT ON THE BENCH, AT FIRST. THIS WILL BECOME MUCH BETTER AFTER JUST A
FEW USES. WHEN USING THE MACHINE, IT IS EASILY ADJUSTABLE TO FIT THE EXERCISE THAT YOU ARE DOING. JUST MOVE THE PIN IN THE FRAME
FROM ONE HOLE TO THE NEXT. IT DOES USE OLYMPIC STYLE WEIGHTS. THE LOWER AND UPPER PULLIES WORK GREAT AND CLIPS
ALONG WITH A CHAIN, LAT BAR, AND ONE SMALL BICEP/TRICEP BAR COMES WITH THE MACHINE.
