(More customer reviews)The Prospot Fusion series (HG-1, HG-6 and SSG) is awesome. I work at an NCAA leading football university and we put the guys through heavy yet safe workouts on these things. Since it was a fraction of the cost of other products (who don't have grab-n-go technology for safety), I picked one up for my house. I bought the HG-6 and can do every exercise I can think out of it without the need of a spotter. Highly recommend it!
