(More customer reviews)This is a great machine. Solid quality. Easy to put together. Screen is easy to see. It offers 6 pre-set programs. Program one is a good 20 minute work out. I'm a 45 y/o male in decent shape. I think this machine would be suitable for anyone. Manual setting allows max flexibility to your specific conditioning. My wife tried the machine as well and thought it offers a great total workout. This is a great lifetime investment in yourself!
