(More customer reviews)The 100 pound weight vest is first rate... even though the overall weight is light, it works out great for high reps without the balancing of the bar on the back. Excellent for high rep squats and lunges... a bit heavy for running. Only complaint is the shipping cost. I thought I had signed up for free shipping with Amazon but was hit with a $130 shipping cost... so shipping is a killer on cost. Product is great!
