(More customer reviews)This is a great product because it is well built. The only problem is it's sized for taller people - 5'9+ or so. It's too tall for me, but I think I can cut the sliding post down three inches or so. The two pads that touch your thighs would be more comfortable if they were rounded at the top, so I just put a folded towel over the top edge. Other than that, it's well designed and should last for years.

The CB-13 Valor Fitness Back Extension allows the user to focus on stretching muscles while exercising muscles. Great exercise to build-up lower back muscles. Performing a reverse sit up strengthens the lower back muscles which usually are forgotten and then back pain sets in when they are used to much in such a short time.
