I walked in to Nordstrom and went to the men's shoe section and this was the one that really catches everyones eyes out, including me. Something about its style, its very futuristic and finally Lacoste delivered on its "timeless" slogan. If you look at these shoes closely in person you'll be amazed with its details and how good the crafstmanship is, the two triangular black spots has metal steel mesh like those of a Porsche 911s grill, the design is motorsport based much like those shoes they wear in Formula 1. the fit is motorsport based as well, if you've worn race shoes they fit very much the same, very comfortably and feather light. the color in white/black/grey is very elegant, like an abstract painting or a black and white photo on an overcast day. the shape reminds me of the new Ferrari 458, its very catching from afar. In addition this is one of those Lacoste with an albino crocodile on the side which looks nicer than the regular green croc.
I asked the sales person and they didnt have any in the store and the showroom model is a mixed matched 9/half and 10/half and there was 6 left for size 9 in California from Lacoste. I researched and called the Lacoste store as well and found that these shoes are specifically made for Nordstrom and they're limited in production. I also went to Macy's and Nieman Marcus, found none. the reason for this was so that they don't compete with each other.
These are definitely a must have period.
