(More customer reviews)My proform treadmill came with a missing part. I tryed calling proform customer service with no luck. I even left my phone number so they could call me back, They did not!!
If you buy a proform and have a problem with it , you will spend hours listening to a recording waiting for some one to pick up the phone, they will not!!!
I called Amazon customer service who were great. I am returing the treadmill for a full refund.
