(More customer reviews)Instructions suck to put together and it makes it easeir to use multiple people as item suggests. Also if you put some sort of oil or lubricant on the vertical bars that the bar slides along it works easier and you won't worry about doing damage to yourself because without the lubricant the bar had to stay at perfect balance otherwise would stick and lurch once added lubricant works much better.
Like this item it has allowed me to increase weights above what doing on stand alone bench as there is no need for spotter.
