Stamina InMotion T3000 Manual Treadmill with Full Handlebar I have used this product for about one month. I assembled this product by myself in less than one hour.It is very easy to assemble, the instructions are easy to follow. This product gives a good workout, does not make noise or sqeak; the only problem that I experience which is minimal, is to center the belt. The manufacturer provided the tool with which to adjust and to center the belt, and instructions. I do not find centering the belt difficult and it does not adversly get in the way of excercise. I give this product a rating of 9 out of 10. Based on my one month use of this product, having used it 45 minutes everyday, I would recommend it to a friend.

I am sooo glad I got this inexpensive manual treadmill instead of an expensive motorized one. I put it together in about half and hour. Its a little more of a workout than walking on a level surface (you're walking slightly uphill all the time) so be prepared to stretch your calf muscles after using it. I also like how light and portable it is. I can push it out of the way easily when I'm not using it (though folding it up IS a little harder than they claim it is). I can also shift it easily to watch t.v. while I'm working out, or shift it in another direction and look out my picture window instead (you can jog on it, too). It also takes up a lot less floor space than the huge motorized ones. The metal and rubber surface area that you walk on is less stressful to your joints than walking on concrete or asphalt-there's a little bit of 'give' to it. I didn't think I'd use the little computer console, but its kind of fun to see how fast you're walking and how many calories you've burned when your done. I also don't have to keep checking my pedometer to see how far I've gone. The clock is 'off' though, it'll tell you you've walked for five minutes when you've walked only about three minutes. Also, when putting it together, they forgot to include the screws that hold the computer console onto the handlebars. However, when I called them about it, I immediately was on-line with a courteous REAL person, and they mailed the missing screws to me promptly (in about three days). My treadmill came pre-lubricated, but after a couple of weeks of use I noticed it was 'sticking' a little. I lifted up the belt in a few places and just sprayed on some WD-40, and I was gliding along again just fine.

Most treadmills are frightfully expensive, with bulky electric motors that power the treadmill while jacking up the price. No so the Denise Austin Easy-Up manual treadmill, which asks the user to power the belt instead. The treadmill is outfitted with a heavy-duty weighted flywheel and a sturdy running belt that respond to your walking/jogging speed. The faster you run, the faster the belt spins, letting you reach whatever speed is comfortable. At the same time, the treadmill isn't completely low tech, as it offers a single-button electronics display that tracks your speed, distance, time, and calories (includes two AA batteries). And users with small homes or apartments will love the spring-loaded pull pin, which lets you fold up the treadmill, lock it in place, and store it in a closet or garage. The Easy-Up treadmill--which is endorsed by Denise Austin, one of America's premier fitness authorities--comes with a water bottle and a Denise Austin indoor walking video and measures 46.5 by 50 by 21.1 inches (W x H x D). It also carries a 90-day warranty on parts and a one-year warranty on the frame.
Specifications:
Heavy duty weighted flywheel offers a smooth, quiet operation
Spring loaded pull pin securely locks the unit in the upright (storage) position and makes it easy to release for operation
Single button electronics displays speed, distance, time, calories and scan (two AA batteries included)
Water bottle included
Walking surface: 41" x 13"
Dimensions: 46.5" x 21.1" x 50" (open); 21.7" x 21.1" x 50.2" (folded)

I am more then pleased with this treadmill. I have a very small apartment, but the treadmill folds up so I was able to find a spot for it easily. It was easy to assemble took about 45 minutes, but i did have a 3 year old running around wanting to play with the packing material, so it might be faster for other people. I was worried that the belt might be jerky or hard to move, i shouldn't have been its very smooth. You should note that it is at a permanent incline, you can't take your hands off the handles cause you'll fly off, but the incline provides an excellent workout. I work out in the morning and this treadmill is so quiet i can watch TV without having to turn it up really loud which is great cause my little boy is sleeping in the other room. The price is great to, i highly recommend.

I've been using this tread mill for a little over a year now and have put over 650 miles on it. No problems with the machine. It really gives you a good work out. The belt still looks like new. I bought it to help control my diabetes and it works great for this. The control center opperates on 2 AAA batteries, which I have not replaced since owning it. I highly recommend it. I've owned an electric treadmill that cost me over $400. I didn't like it nearly as well as this one, and I think I sold it for about $100. With this one, if you decide not to use it (as many people do), you haven't lost much money if any. Hope this is useful.

My first manual treadmill, and a decent product. Does take some time to get use to. Don't buy this if you expect to use this for running. Given that the treadmill needs to be at a small incline so your motion pushes the belt down and around, runnning is extremely difficult. Works well if you plan to use for fast walking in your home.

Stamina InMotion II Manual Treadmill Review

Stamina InMotion II Manual Treadmill

This was a great purchase! I enjoy doing my workouts on a treadmill, but can't afford to buy a treadmill that costs several hundred dollars. The price was perfect, assembly was easy, and it is a great workout. You do have to work a little harder to get and keep the belt moving because it is a manual, but that makes the workout even better. It takes some practice to get used to the manual belt and to figure out how to keep your steps evenly paced, but after about 5 minutes you are into the groove. The size is nice, too. The treadmill folds up and stores nicely. The belt is the perfect size for my 5'6'' stride. My husband is 6'3'' but as long as he keeps the start of his stride at the very front of the belt, he can get a great workout, too. Obviously, I am very pleased with this purchase!

An easy, affordable way to get a great cardiovascular workout at home regardless of the weather or time of day, the Stamina InMotion II treadmill is a great choice for home workout enthusiasts. The treadmill is self-powered, meaning you set your own workout pace rather than relying on a motor. Not only is this an energy-efficient means of staying in shape, but it's also extremely quiet, so you can easily watch low-volume TV shows or listen to music while running without disturbing others. The InMotion II also offers a 42-inch-long walking/running deck that accommodates both longer and shorter strides, along with dual-weighted flywheels that keep the deck running smoothly. And users will love the multi-function, battery-operated monitor, which tracks distance, workout time, speed, and calories burned.
Perhaps most importantly for crowded homes, the InMotion II folds up and stores easily in a closet or garage. Other details include a textured, non-slip walking/running surface; foam-padded front and side rails; a heavy-duty steel frame; a pair of incline positions (8 and 10 degrees); skid-resistant rubber floor protectors to maximize stability; and a weight capacity of 250 pounds. The InMotion II--which doesn't require an electrical outlet, so you can put it just about anywhere--measures 46.5 by 43.5 by 26 inches (W x H x D) when fully assembled and weighs 56 pounds. It's also backed by a one-year warranty on the frame and a 90-day warranty on parts.
