(More customer reviews)I was looking for an elliptical machine for my home because I was tired of paying for a gym membership where all I did was use the gym's elliptical machines. I did a lot of research on brand, stride length, front vs. rear drive, etc...and settled on this model and I have not been disappointed. While it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some similarly priced models from more known brands, it makes up for that in quality construction and smooth operation.
My research indicated that front drive models will have a smoother motion and that I needed a stride length of at least 18". At 20", this machine provides the necessary range of motion to optimize my workout.
With respect to assembly, you'll definitely need a second person to help you carry the box to the location you plan to use the machine. The box is massive and weighs approx. 175 lbs. That being said, I assembled it myself in about an hour and a half. All the parts fit properly and the instructions were very clear.
